Nearly every dish on our menu can be crafted gluten-free, vegan, or both — without cutting corners, sacrificing flavor, or offering a lesser version of the original.
No Seed Oils. Ever.
Our primary frying fat is grass-fed beef tallow — chosen for its clean, delicate flavor and the crispness you can only get from traditional cooking. For vegan preparations, we use organic coconut oil. No shortcuts, no compromise.
Our kitchen is and always will be free of seed oils — because what we don't put in your food matters just as much as what we do.
