A Name Born from Heritage & Heart
The name Generations is a tribute to the rich culinary heritage Lukas inherited from his family and his global travels. It's a promise to give back to future generations — and a dedication to authentic culinary craftsmanship.
I believe in the history of food and want to share my passion with current and future generations. Sitting at the dinner table with loved ones is a foundation of connecting with people and should be cherished, fostered, and continued. Food builds conversation, smiles, happiness, and memories.

Inspired by his mother Carlyn, his grandparents, and a lineage of successful chefs, Lukas is a true foodie at heart. With a culinary degree from Innsbruck, Austria, he brings new flavors and styles to create healthy, delicious meals rooted in European tradition.
Having visited 129 countries, Lukas dives deep into each culture — attending local cooking classes and immersing himself in the cuisine and customs of every place he visits. This gives his food a unique international flair. He designs meals that eliminate preservatives using organic, regenerative, and sustainable options, without ever sacrificing flavor.
